EAM Enhancement Program

StreetsLA manages the largest urban forest and street preservation program for the largest street network in the U.S. Processes, systems, and data supporting asset management have evolved over decades. The complex environment is difficult to maintain and challenging to adapt to current City needs and challenges.

Consulting services were provided to evaluate their needs and make recommendations to enhance their Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program. Primary services focused on requirements and design for a new EAM system, enterprise GIS, and records management. Psomas assisted with enterprise GIS architecture implementation and selection of the EAM implementation team.
