The City of Carlsbad currently employs several applications to manage and track the assets being maintained by the City. While these applications are providing for the day-to-day needs of City staff, the process is incomplete, inefficient, and ineffective, costing the City time and money, and increasing the overall lifetime cost of these assets to the City. Psomas is leading the engagement of internal City stakeholders and reengineering asset management process through data integrations and conversions, software solution services, and training sessions on system navigation and functionality. The project includes implementation of the Cartegraph OMS system and provides Esri integration and configuration, as well as a robust enterprise business systems integrations. Psomas is providing requirements gathering meetings and communication for information sharing as the foundation for evaluating targeted performance milestones.
