Star Valley

This 1,400-acre master-planned community southwest of Tucson is zoned for approximately 7,000 home sites. Psomas designed the spine infrastructure for Phase 1 including the road system, 3.2 miles of drainageways, and water and sewer systems.

Platting, engineering, and construction services were also provided for six blocks totaling approximately 1,600 lots. This included tentative and final plats, a detailed hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, traffic analysis, grading, paving, and sewer and water plans. Construction services included staking and observation for site improvements.
