Caterpillar Technology & Mining Headquarters

The Caterpillar Technology and Mining Headquarters needed a new building to house 650 employees in their southwest expansion. The project was expedited to meet Caterpillar deadlines and involved significant coordination with the project architect, contractor, City of Tucson, and utility providers.

The project included a two-level parking structure, separate surface parking lot, and offsite roadway, drainage, and utility improvements. Psomas provided site civil engineering and survey services for the eight-acre parcel within the City’s Rio Nuevo redevelopment planned area development.
