Riverdale General Plan - Downtown Area Master Plan

The City of Riverdale engaged Psomas and Wall Consulting Group to update the city’s general plan. The City is facing growth and a desire to maintain it’s small-town rural feel. The update implements the requirements of Utah’s Land Use, Development, and Management Act, and the updates to the Utah State Code regarding land use, water conservation, and housing. These mandates were satisfied and blended into the City’s vision for the future.
