Northshore Property - Conceptual Land Plan

Northshore is a 230-acre water front master planned community in Saratoga Springs. Psomas created a contextually specific land plan to integrate extensive open space corridors, themed pars with active and passive uses, and waterfront elements and features with a range of product types and mixes. The Master Plan contained 11 different products, mixed throughout the highly-amenitized community and still reached 8.5 units to the acre.

Psomas was instrumental in the entitlements, place-making, theming, and architectural design of the community. Due to the success of the community, the client is adjusting future projects, goals, and considerations to keep up with the demand and success.
