Legacy Farms Master Planned Community

Legacy Farms is a 182-acre DR Horton planned community in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The project contains 856 residential units including an age-restricted active adult community pf 116 units. Legacy Farms also contains a full array of residential products from 10,000sf lots down to 4,00sf lots, duplexes, and attached townhome units. Special attention was paid to the contextual relationship of the adjacent existing residential development to the south.

Legacy Farms locates similar product along this interface and transitions to higher density development adjacent to high volume arterial streets to the north and west. The Community Plan and Village Plan for the first phase were approved in July for 2014. Construction on Village 1 commenced in the spring of 2015. Psomas Completed all of the land planning work and secured the entitlements for this project. This was the first project entitled under the City’s new form-based code which was also prepared by Psomas.
