EAM Strategic Plan

To facilitate a proactive process of managing the lifecycle of the County’s assets, Psomas is supporting the development of a department-wide Enterprise Asset Management strategic plan. By conducting an evaluation of the existing process, the team identified opportunities for solutions serving as the framework for the vision, goals, and strategies. Key components were developed, and the organizational structure required to support the EAM was determined. Psomas is now working closely with the County to develop the implementation plan before presenting the final strategic plan. The final plan promotes the move from reactive to predictive maintenance by prolonging asset life to achieve the maximum return on taxpayer investments.
