Wren Apartments – South Park

Contributing to the growing activity in the South Park neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles, this project will transform under-utilized lots into large mixed-use projects accommodating residential, retail, and open space uses. The project will improve the public realm and create a livable neighborhood.

Psomas led the entitlement process for these 392 residential units and approximately 4,000 sf of commercial space. Approvals included subdivision maps, transfer of floor area rights, site plan review, conditional use, and zone variance permits.
