The Alhambra is a 38-acre office campus that’s being redeveloped to add housing. Psomas is processing entitlements to re-develop a 20.61-acre portion of the campus to add 1,061 units.
Entitlements include a Planned Development Permit, Vesting Tentative Tract Map, and variances. Additionally, Psomas is preparing a water supply assessment in support of the Environmental Impact Report for the project.
