Hollywood Boulevard Small Lot Townhomes

Hollywood has seen a transformation in recent years with new high-rise apartments and hotels, but another trend has been the development of small-lot subdivisions in eastern Hollywood. Psomas processed entitlements to develop an 18-unit small lot subdivision on Hollywood Boulevard across the street from Barnsdall Park.

Entitlements included a site plan review, project permit compliance with the Vermont/Western Station Neighborhood Area Plan (SNAP), zoning adjustments, and a vesting tentative tract map.
