Stadium Village Master Plan

This Master Plan covers 500 acres of land surrounding the Rio Tinto Soccer Stadium in Sandy, Utah. The Stadium Village will become an entertainment-focused, mixed-use community that introduces a vibrant dining and shopping district.

The area is planned to function independent of the stadium, while designed to maximize the game-day experience when events are scheduled. Psomas was responsible for creating the final master plan that calls for a mix of residential, office, retail and entertainment, and hotel uses.
