Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center

Renovation of Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center’s 187-acre campus will potentially shift 3,000 jobs and accommodate a variety of County services within one private campus. It will also provide publicly accessible open space for the neighboring community and end users.

Psomas provided survey and civil engineering services on the design-build contract for Phase 1. This included the construction of three new buildings, the realignment and improvement to the entry drive, stormwater quality treatment, and a large central public park.
