Centennial at Tejon Ranch

Environmentally Friendly 12,000-Acre New Town

Planned to be a model of sustainable development for the 21st century, Centennial at Tejon Ranch is a 12,000+ acre master-planned community. It sets aside over 43,000 acres of open space in order to preserve the environmental stewardship of the land.

Psomas prepared the EIR as well as comprehensive infrastructure planning and engineering that addressed complex issues for this new town including biological resources, hydrology, air quality, climate change, visual impacts, cultural resources, traffic, and open space. This 19,000+ unit project was approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and Regional Planning Commission.
