Playa Vista 1,087-Acre Master-Planned Community

The Playa Vista property is a master-planned community with residential housing and office/commercial spaces, including an office complex containing media production facilities. It features parks, recreational facilities, and a restored wetland and wildlife preserve.

Psomas provided civil engineering services and significantly contributed in securing entitlements. Also, Psomas aided in the development and implementation of several highly-complex transportation solutions.

Our hydrology and natural resource experts assisted in planning the preservation and restoration of the Ballona Wetlands, one of the two remaining coastal wetlands in Los Angeles County.
