Mountain View Village Master Plan & Form Based Code

Psomas performed Civil Engineering and Surveying services for the design of the 87-acre mixed-use Mountain View Village project. Design included grading, storm water, sewer, and water designs. We coordinated all underground and surface improvements for the complex high-end retail site. The site required extensive retaining walls as well as entire new infrastructure systems to support the massive area for retail on the site. Surveying services included ALTA/NSPS and Topographic surveys, easements, and drone imagery.
