Legacy Farms

Legacy Farms is a D.R. Horton owned master-planned community in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Open space features include parks, a community clubhouse and pool, community gardens, integrated pedestrian corridors and trails, an elementary school, churches, and an age-restricted adult neighborhood.

Psomas created the land plan, wrote the form-based code, worked with architects to keep plans compliant, and directed the entitlement effort. This 182-acre project is the first phase of the Suburban Land Reserve 3,000-acre property, and the first form-based code within the city.
