Dominion Energy Pipeline Replacement

Following major natural gas pipeline incidents in 2011, the rehabilitation, repair, and replacement of the highest-risk pipeline infrastructure was accelerated.

For the past ten years, Psomas has been part of an on-call team to replace all of Questar’s old pipelines. This contract has resulted in more than $10 million of surveying services and several hundred miles of pipeline replacements. Services include researching existing rights-of-way, private property ownership and land acquisition as well as researching existing utilities and construction administration.
