Whitney Ranch Parkway / Highway 65 Interchange

For the growing Whitney Ranch community in Rocklin, this new interchange provides much-needed access to Whitney High School, William Jessup University, and future developments. It extends Whitney Ranch Parkway to SR 65 and adds a new interchange at SR 65 and Whitney Ranch Parkway.

Psomas provided construction management, resident engineering, inspection, construction staking, materials testing oversight, and administration services for the project. Major elements include a four-lane overcrossing spanning SR 65, a northbound off-ramp, and new northbound/southbound on-ramps.
