State Correctional Facility Relocation

This new state correctional facility will ensure recent criminal justice reforms can be fully implemented. The new facility includes 20 buildings on 300 acres.

Psomas is responsible for the design of the domestic water, fire water, and storm drain systems as well as 3.5 miles of roadway and over seven miles of sanitary sewer force main. Due to the increased security need for the site, each system had unique requirements. This infrastructure will also service anticipated future development.
