Rosecrans Booster Pump Station

This pump station serves residents and commercial properties in the City of Buena Park’s upper pressure zones. The city would like to reduce its dependence on more expensive imported Metropolitan Water District water and rely more on less expensive groundwater. Achieving that objective will require boosting groundwater with a more fully functioning pump station capable of meeting both operational and fire flow demands.

As Water Engineer for the city, Psomas is preparing design documents for a new 7.9 MGD pump station.
