What is your favorite part of your role?
I thoroughly enjoy being with my coworkers! The culture here at Psomas is like none other.

What is an experience that has changed you?
Participating in ACEC’s Senior Executives Institute. Collaborating and forming friendships with other A/E professionals throughout the country has been life-changing.

If you were to give your younger self advice, what would it be?
Never stop dreaming.

Do you have any hidden talents? What are they?
I’m pretty good at playing poker.

What is something you are passionate about?
I’m passionate about mentorship. I’ve had the privilege of working with mentors that have guided me personally and professionally to help me achieve my goals. To give back, I oversee internal and industry-related mentorship and internship programs.

What is one thing people may not know about you?
I’m a sneakerhead. I have a big collection of shoes that I like to keep crisp and clean.
