Carrie Davis, PE, has joined Psomas as Senior Project Manager with our engineering team in Santa Ana. With more than 24 years of engineering experience, she is a talented project manager with a successful track record of managing complex projects and high-performing teams.

Carrie has a strong background in Caltrans policies and procedures as well as permitting requirements of agencies within Orange County. Specifically, she has delivered various planning and final design documents for dozens of clients throughout Southern California. Her projects include corridor studies for mainline improvements, interchange modifications, reconfigurations, new arterial roadways, arterial widening improvements, and multi-use trails.
She is active in several professional organizations, including WTS, where she is part of the Mentor/Mentee Program.
