Business Intelligence Needs Assessment

Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is engaged in transporting, storing, and distributing water throughout Southern California. Psomas is supporting their efforts by providing asset monitoring and management system solutions. Specifically, the Psomas GIS team worked with Metropolitan to develop user stories identifying the day-to-day needs of the Metropolitan users, and to perform a data and systems evaluation. Psomas made recommendations for the existing software platform and architecture and prepared mockups of their dashboard screens to assist in identifying user stories and consumption patterns. This is helping to facilitate program planning and development services.
