Centennial at Tejon Ranch

Planned to be a model of sustainable development for the 21st century, Centennial at Tejon Ranch is a new 12,000+ acre master-planned community in Los Angeles County. Psomas prepared the EIR that addressed complex issues for this new town including biological resources, hydrology, air quality, climate change, visual impacts, cultural resources, traffic, and open space.

Approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and Regional Planning Commission, the project sets aside approximately 43,080 acres of open space in order to preserve the environmental stewardship of the land.
