Los Angeles Zoo Bond and Capital Improvement Programs
Upgrades to Zoo Facilities and Exhibits
This Capital Improvement Program included exhibits to be built, renovated and expanded over a decade at the Los Angeles Zoo. Psomas provided the City of Los Angeles project and construction management services for the capital improvement projects associated with this program.
Responsibilities included scheduling and cost estimating support services as well as assisting with document controls, constructability reviews, and other administrative duties.
Zoo facilities and exhibit projects included: Golden Monkey Exhibit, Campo Gorilla Reserve Holding Area and Exhibit, Pachyderm Forest Phases 1 and 2, Rainforest of the Americas, and Reptile and Insect Center.
