Ron Wood Sports Complex is a 30-acre baseball complex in West Jordan, Utah complete with five lighted baseball fields, a play structure, open lawn area and concession stand. Psomas provided conceptual and final design and construction management services for an expansion of the complex which included four ball fields, a full-service pavilion, a snack shack, observation building, picnic areas, a tot lot, recreational facility, pool, parking, pedestrian and vehicular bridges.
Psomas also designed a trail system to connect to the City's master planned trail east and west of the project. Psomas designed stream crossings and addressed water related issues. Psomas also developed the project's phasing, which involves two separate construction phases.
